Keto Cauliflower sausage fried rice recipe

Since I started my keto journey, creating recipes has been so much fun. Trying to eat healthily and consciously requires meal prep and planning. If you don't plan, you might end up calling every day a "cheat day". The Cauliflower sausage fried rice is my go-to lunch recipe. You can switch out the turkey for shrimp or even add asparagus as an extra vegetable. This recipe is easy, very fast to make, and of course very delicious.

Ingredients
1 cup of processed "cheddar" Cauliflower2 Jennie-o turkey franks1/4 cup of mixed peas, corn, and carrots1/4 cup of red and orange sweet pepper, finely chopped1 tablespoon of canola oilHalf Avocado
