Simple definition of “a born again”

Simple definition of “a born again” Welcome back to my blog, thank you so much for clicking the link! You are amazing and may our wonderful God continually bless you in the name of Jesus. Amen. Today I am talking about what it means to be a born-again. Many of us have "interesting" ideas about this phrase "Born again". I hope you are blessed and recharged as you read this, Amen. For the longest time, being born again was defined by the external attributes of a person. We see that sister with the longest skirt, baggy blouse, no-make and no earrings and we automatically say "That one be born-again sister" and we go on to say "A man that wear ripped jeans and earring, and a calls himself a born again? Never". Why are we so fixated on the looks of a person to determine that they have been justified? We all remember the story of Nicodemus in John chapter 3 , Where Jesus said "Except a man be born again , he cannot see the kingdom o

Prayers for intimacy with God

Hello everyone, thank you so much for clicking on my link. I appreciate you. If you have not subscribed to my blog, what are you waiting for? Click that subscribe button up there before I judge you. But really, welcome back and thank you. So since the last blog post , I talked a lot about the love of Jesus and how we have been called into communion with him. Just like an earthly relationship, we spend time with our loved ones because we love them and enjoy their company. This is what our relationship with God is designed to be like. We spend time with him because he loves us and we love him back. The more we know of him through the Bible, the more we love him. If you need a wake-up call on how much God loves you that he gave Jesus, take a look at the book of Numbers. You will come into a deeper understanding of the love of Jesus. God is no longer angry with you, he expended his wrath on Jesus. He is always waiting for you to run into his loving arms. Many people have writt

Jesus is so in love with you

Jesus is so in love with you Welcome back to my blog, I'm so glad you came back💓. It has been a wonderful journey since I started Faithspiration by Bibi, thank you so much for your messages and words of encouragement. I appreciate you. Quick check, did you read your Bible this morning? Tell the truth, I won't judge. I have those mornings where I rush out of bed and say a 30-second prayer and off I go. We have all been there and its okay, there is so much room for a consistent fellowship and communion with God. We just have to ask God and yield to him when he wakes you up to pray and your flesh is so weak. Well, I want to talk to you about love. Boy meets girl, they fall madly in love and can not stand being apart from each other. There are so many relationships that the boy is much more in love with the girl  (or the reverse) that he will spend his last kobo to be with her and this same energy is not reciprocated by the girl. This sounds like our relationship wit

Eye service in the church

Eye service in the church  Welcome back to my blog, I'm so glad you clicked on this link. I love you so much. This week, I want to encourage someone to take time to evaluate their service to God. Is it about your pastor or is it really about God? Colossians 3:23-24  (AMPC) 23 Whatever may be your task, work at it heartily (from the soul), as [something done] for the Lord and not for men, 24 Knowing [with all certainty] that it is from the Lord [and not from men] that you will receive the inheritance which is your [real] reward. [The One Whom] you are actually serving [is] the Lord Christ (the Messiah). There is a line between honouring your spiritual leader and making them gods. It’s important to appreciate them, take care of them, love them, ensure they lack nothing because they feed you spiritually. As a matter of fact, I am a big advocate for taking care of spiritual leaders and it is scriptural to honour them. (I will do a post on this topic very soon) 1 Timo
