Thriving with imposter syndrome - Storytime
In this video, I speak on the plague that is imposter syndrome and some of the mechanisms I used to cope while sharing some stories.
It's my prayer for everyone watching this video to be healed of this horrible thing.

The most significant step I took in the healing process, and in feeling better overall, was finding a trauma therapist near me. The effects of trauma can be very subtle and can influence one’s daily living, relations, and self-esteem, but one can really feel the difference when there is a professional support. A therapist who is good at their job will help you build a safe environment where no matter how painful your experiences get, they will always allow you to process them at your own pace and with no judgment. People undergoing such guidance often find themselves regaining their emotional balance, creating and practicing new and healthy coping skills, and continuing their journeys with greater clarity. Sharing of this kind through articles is indeed a reminder that there is support available and that with the right therapist one's healing process can be possible at all.
